- Added make_ingredient.sh to quickly convert this into an ingredient in-situ. I see there's a 3_4 branch, but until we settle how we're adapting EPMs to ingredients properly this can live alongside that.
- Update javascript to not use seemingly deprecated jquery
- Updated get_repo_links to recognise HTTPS
- Updated README to be useful and reflect my understanding of the purpose of this plugin.
