SSZ Master Complete Pipeline - Colab Guide

📋 Overview

Die SSZ Master Complete Pipeline Colab integriert ALLE Validierungs-Pipelines in einem einzigen Notebook mit korrektem LFS-Handling, automatischen Downloads und vollständiger Output-Sammlung.

🚀 Verwendung

One-Click Execution

Einfach die ONE-CLICK MASTER CELL ausführen!

Das Notebook macht automatisch:

  1. ✅ Git LFS installieren
  2. ✅ Repository clonen (smart LFS)
  3. ✅ Dependencies installieren (requirements-colab.txt)
  4. ✅ Planck-Daten downloaden (~2 GB, optional)
  5. ✅ Cache löschen (verhindert Fehler)
  6. ✅ Extended Pipeline ausführen (12 Schritte)
  7. ✅ Outputs sammeln
  8. ✅ ZIP erstellen und downloaden

Laufzeit: 20-30 Minuten


🔧 Technische Details

LFS-Handling

Problem: Git LFS Large Files können zu Badge-Errors führen

Lösung:

# Skip automatic LFS downloads

# Clone (LFS files = pointers only)

Ergebnis:

  • ✅ Keine automatischen LFS-Downloads
  • ✅ Schnelles Clonen (~2 min)
  • ✅ Kleine Dateien sofort verfügbar
  • ✅ Große Dateien als Pointer (falls nicht benötigt)

🐛 Troubleshooting

Problem: Tests fail with cache errors

Lösung: Run cache clearing cell again before pipeline

Problem: Planck download fails

Lösung: Set ENABLE_PLANCK_DOWNLOAD = False in config

Problem: LFS badge error

Lösung: Already handled by smart LFS config (skip smudge)

Problem: Out of memory

Lösung: Reduce concurrent tests or restart runtime

Problem: Timeout on long tests

Lösung: Increase timeout in run_complete_validation_extended.py
