Re-baseline calibration on table-free ground truth

Ground-truth annotations were reduced to selectable text (tables and image
data removed). Re-scored against the cleaned GT, pdfplumber holds at rField
0.764 with the affiliation corrector unchanged (20/21 acceptable), and the
scrubbed LightOnOCR extraction keeps its rField lead (0.795), so the cleanup
introduced no regression. Adds after_gt_cleanup.json snapshot and a dated
re-measurement section to the VLM findings.
