Fix two eval-matcher artifacts: 4560930 scores correctly

An assigned affiliation that is a clean token-subset of the GT name is a
faithful extraction of an abbreviated poster legend (STScI vs the
spelled-out Space Telescope Science Institute), and a group author with
no GT affiliation (the RECONS Team) is correct when the corrector
assigns nothing; the eval previously scored both as wrong. The corrector
itself was already right on this poster: 4560930 ref and gen output were
unchanged. AFFIL 9/13 end-to-end, 10/13 logic-OK, 17/21 acceptable; all
pipeline metrics identical.
