Bump version/date and move the setv()/copyv() write-barrier, fmatch() logical-NA, and fslice() crash fixes (merged after the 2.1.7 tag) into a new NEWS.md section. Also fix a moved CRAN-check URL (cognition.ai -> cognition.com) in the documentation vignette.
collapse_intro, collapse_and_dplyr, collapse_and_data.table, and collapse_and_plm (the "Legacy (Pre v1.7)" articles in _pkgdown.yml) are large and no longer actively maintained. Excluding them from the built package reduces tarball size and R CMD check time; they remain in the repo and continue to render as pkgdown articles, which build from source independently of .Rbuildignore.
