User_id and Group_ID problem

Hi, I'm trying to set up Docker and everything is okay.
However, I'm having some trouble with the user ID 14 and the staff group of the files created by Docker. Can I pass the user ID and group ID for it to run correctly?"

same I am constantly having to change the permissions after upload as the default writes are using 14:50. When I try to force -u 1000 the docker container dies. What is the fix for this so the files are created with the correct user name and group. also the ftp user folder is always created. How can that be avoided?
