The HACS "Validate" workflow fails the license check ("The repository
has no license") because neither this repo nor the upstream fork ever
declared one. Add an MIT LICENSE so GitHub detects it and HACS
validation passes.
Fixes the recurring scheduled Validate failure.

Summary
The scheduled Validate workflow (
hacs/action) has been failing daily with 2/9 checks:<Validation license> failed: The repository has no license— persistent, real: neither this repo nor the upstream fork (Pho3niX90/solis_modbus, also unlicensed) ever declared a license, and GitHub'slicensemetadata isnull.<Validation integration_manifest> failed: expected a dictionary. Got None— transient: preceded by araw.githubusercontent.comrate-limit warning at the scheduled run time. The raw manifest fetches fine (HTTP 200, valid JSON) outside the throttle window, so this is HACS-action infra flakiness, not a repo defect. This PR adds an MIT LICENSE (chosen by the maintainer; the HA custom-integration convention). GitHub auto-detects it via Licensee once on
main, populating the repolicensefield and passing the HACS license check.Notes
