origin-cli does not run on ARM nodes

Expected Behavior

origin-cli works in an Arm64 environment

Current Behavior

Warning  Failed     24s (x2 over 40s)  kubelet            spec.initContainers{feast-0}: Failed to pull image "quay.io/openshift/origin-cli:4.17": rpc error: code = NotFound desc = failed to pull and unpack image "quay.io/openshift/origin-cli:4.17": no match for platform in manifest: not found

Steps to reproduce

probably the best is to just docker pull the specific image version
