This PR removes the need to poll the Esplora endpoint for Walletv2. Instead it relies on the guardian API that exposes pending receives in the mempool and confirmations before the finality delay. Ecash App surfaces these as it did before, so there is no functionality change here, but a privacy improvement.
We now don't need to rely on manually modifying the esplora endpoint too for regest to work, which is a nice dev improvement.
