FH JS SDK isn't included with the project

..however "completed solution" instructions here:

don't prompt the user to include the JS SDK. I think including the JS SDK wouldn't be a bad idea in this repo

Correction: feedhenry.js is included, but an empty file!

Might be better to include http://docs.feedhenry.com/v3/guides/app_import.html in the guide instead.

The feedhenry.js file will be added when the app is imported.

Yea so I thought, but that didn't work. Also, step 3 in the integration guide, the fhconfig.json step gets skipped entirely..
