merge: integrate nodal foundations research and audit [skip release]
Integrate the accumulated regional and nodal foundations research, grammar evidence, diagnostic corrections and unified documentation, followed by scoped formatting and preserved physics-facade initialization order. Validation: 2,233 tests pass across 83 modules in a clean detached checkout; one retained-data test skips because its ignored historical input is absent. The 126-file Black/isort scope and cold import checks pass. The prior audit separately records 831 passing targeted tests and preserved historical evidence. The full default suite was attempted but stopped during costly existing runtime-signature checks; complete-suite success is not claimed. Repository-wide lint has a verified baseline backlog. No physical-emergence or autonomous-law claim is added by this integration. Publish the repository changes only.
