### Added — 2026-09-08 Dissonance, Coupling, event-time and proof boundaries
8+
9+
- Promoted Recursivity as the thirteenth atomic all-target glyph stage. One
10+
immutable snapshot now preflights all targets and produces one shared
11+
advisory that is deduplicated per telemetry step. The stage commits node
12+
histories, provenance, metrics, monitors and pressure refresh atomically
13+
while leaving EPI, nu_f, phase, DeltaNFR and support unchanged. Explicit
14+
delayed EPI mixing remains the separate apply_network_remesh operation;
15+
grammar replacements and execution overrides retain the transactional
16+
Gauss-Seidel fallback.
17+
- Promoted Self-organization as the twelfth atomic all-target two-phase stage.
18+
Every THOL target now reads one detached stage-start graph. Cross-parent child
19+
identifier collisions and structural commits resolve in snapshot-node rank;
20+
the complete child/`sub_nodes`/`sub_epis`/`hierarchy` merge is validated
21+
on a detached graph before live mutation. Direct and staged execution share
22+
the prepared nodal action and amplitude-alignment kernel, with full rollback
23+
through late monitor, metric and pressure-refresh failures.
24+
- Promoted Dissonance as the eleventh atomic all-target two-phase stage.
25+
Local OZ actions and outgoing propagation now read one immutable snapshot;
26+
overlapping incoming pressure increments use a deterministic `math.fsum`
27+
reduction in snapshot-node order. Local pressure amplification, per-node RNG
28+
progress, ordered events, late warnings and full-stage rollback have explicit
29+
contracts and tests across graph variants.
30+
- Promoted Coupling as the tenth atomic all-target two-phase stage. One
31+
immutable snapshot now feeds a deterministic circular-displacement merge,
32+
final phase normalization, U3 revalidation and functional-link coalescing.
33+
THOL and the final REMESH advisory promotion complete the thirteen-stage
34+
immutable proposal boundary.
35+
- Added a finite operator-event schedule with zero-duration jumps and exactly
36+
`m + 1` declared flow intervals for `m` events. Exact rationalized binary64
37+
durations and offsets own physical ordering; float timestamps are display
38+
values. A companion exact-bound diagnostic gives a sufficient fixed-flow
39+
relaxation duration without executing operators or adapting U2/U4.
40+
- Added `execute_operator_event_schedule`, which binds a valid schedule to the
41+
configured nodal integrator and shared atomic glyph stages. It freezes initial
42+
targets, validates every live clock boundary, rejects collapsed and
43+
nonadditive binary64 intervals, separates zero-duration jumps from EPI
44+
secants, and rolls back graph-owned flow/jump state as one transaction.
45+
- Added `execute_event_remesh_cycle` as an atomic one-cycle bridge from an
46+
operator-event schedule through one canonical pre-REMESH history sample to
47+
the separately invoked delayed map. It freezes one positive diagonal metric,
48+
rejects schedule changes to ordered node support or incoming REMESH history,
49+
exposes weighted-consensus drift and capacity separately, and makes the
50+
optional post-map pressure refresh explicit. It claims no mixed or repeated
51+
evolving-history gain.
52+
- Applied delayed REMESH now records its same-time `epi_time_history` right
53+
endpoint and treats `ON_REMESH` callbacks as observers of the EPI-only map.
54+
Mutations of structural channels, topology, delayed or physical histories,
55+
clock, event log, hook/config provenance or canonical telemetry fail
56+
atomically. Structural-memory EPI propagation records a further endpoint.
57+
- Event/REMESH execution now preflights and freezes all deterministic delayed-map
58+
controls before schedule flow, binds immutable events to the live event log,
59+
and protects endpoint traces through the optional pressure refresh. Exact
60+
rational observations remain authoritative when a derived float display is
61+
unrepresentable and therefore `None`.
62+
- Canonical delayed history now rebuilds `deque` subclasses before append and
63+
verifies the expected length transition, preventing overridden methods from
64+
inserting hidden samples.
65+
- Centralized the runtime and delayed-planner validation of strict positive
66+
REMESH delays and protected bounded-history allocation from oversized
67+
`deque.maxlen` values. `_epi_hist` now retains its container identity during
68+
graph-owned rollback when in-place restoration is possible.
69+
- Contracted the separately invoked delayed REMESH map with immutable plans and
70+
results, exact-support temporal snapshots, explicit insufficient-history and
71+
empty-support no-ops, exact recurrence/rounding/clipping separation and
72+
graph-state atomic commit. Optional one-step evidence separates convex
73+
three-input bounds, mean drift and conditional fixed-history gains; extreme
74+
diagnostics outside binary64 reporting range now fail explicitly.
75+
- Added fixed-branch phase coarse-graining. The pairwise phase realization
76+
inherits the reversible diffusion quotient; the canonical mean-of-phasors
77+
channel has a restricted lifted-subspace closure and a `K3,3`
78+
same-macro-state counterexample to global projected autonomy. Canonical phase
79+
support remains unweighted even across zero-conductance edges.
80+
- Completed fixed-`N` coherence-level geometry: canonical network levels are
81+
stratified `2N`-dimensional cross-polytope boundaries, and fixed positive
82+
capacities induce exact weighted `N`-dimensional pressure sections.
83+
- Added a conditional pointwise certificate for frozen
84+
AL/SHA/VAL/NUL/ZHIR/NAV proposals. A successful network-stage result carries
85+
evidence computed from the executor's own detached snapshot and frozen
86+
proposals. It separates exact runtime realization, affine quotient gain and
87+
aligned pre/post diffusion metrics; histories, pressure refresh, mixed words
88+
and repetition remain open.
89+
- Integrated the structural-affinity boundary throughout telemetry and the
90+
auxiliary Hamiltonian: `coherence_matrix` remains a bounded, potentially
91+
indefinite pairwise affinity and never substitutes for canonical `C(t)`.
92+
Read-only nodal-pulse diagnostics no longer append `W_sparse`, `W_i` or
93+
`W_stats` history while sampling that affinity.
94+
95+
### Changed — 2026-09-08 structural-affinity boundary
96+
97+
- Corrected the historical `coherence_matrix` documentation: it is an
98+
auxiliary bounded structural-affinity matrix, not the constitutive `C(t)`
99+
kernel and not positive semidefinite in general. The three-node path with
100+
identical node attributes gives the exact counterexample
101+
`W = I + A_path`, whose spectrum contains `1 - sqrt(2) < 0`; its normalized
102+
unit-diagonal trace is also independent of canonical coherence.
103+
- Centralized conversion of dense and sparse affinity payloads for the legacy
104+
Hamiltonian builders. Dense 3-by-3 payloads are no longer mistaken for
105+
sparse triples, caller-supplied node order is now honored and validated,
106+
disabled affinity contributes a zero matrix, and the class and standalone
107+
builders share one finite strength and ordering contract.
108+
109+
### Changed — 2026-09-08 Coherence stage contract
110+
111+
- Promoted Coherence as the ninth atomic all-target two-phase stage. Direct IL
112+
and the network runner now share one pure snapshot proposal for
113+
sign-preserving pressure-magnitude contraction and circular phase locking.
114+
The canonical word path is target-order invariant for committed target
115+
`DeltaNFR` and phase before the opaque pressure refresh; the earlier
116+
multi-target operator-major Gauss-Seidel behavior remains visible only through
117+
the explicit legacy runner and its schedule-mismatch diagnostic.
118+
- Committed direct IL phase and telemetry before monitor and metrics hooks.
119+
Integrity now compares bound before/after snapshots, including `|DeltaNFR|`,
120+
and never consults an unbound latest telemetry record. Stage telemetry adds
121+
canonical global and radius-local structural `C(t)` fields while preserving
122+
historical `C_global_*` and `C_local_*` pressure-dispersion values with
123+
explicit auxiliary aliases and deprecation metadata.
124+
- Corrected negative-pressure reduction metrics, removed EPI-headroom and
125+
signed-positive-pressure admission assumptions, and deferred IL precondition
126+
warnings until all other fallible stage effects succeed. Warning-as-error,
127+
monitor and pressure-refresh failures restore the complete stage; grammar
128+
replacement still uses the transactional Gauss-Seidel fallback. The
129+
unpromoted set is now OZ, UM, THOL and REMESH.
130+
131+
### Added — 2026-09-07 all-target stability and stage contracts
132+
133+
- Promoted Emission, Silence, Expansion and Contraction to the shared
134+
all-target two-phase scheduler alongside Reception and Resonance. Their
135+
frozen pointwise proposals are built from one stage-start snapshot, globally
136+
validated and atomically merged; AL/SHA use one common stage timestamp.
137+
Primary structural channels are target-order invariant before the opaque
138+
pressure refresh. Ordered lifecycle, audit/telemetry and monitor effects
139+
retain requested target order, while identity-bearing caches remain tied to
140+
their live graph and node objects. Operators not yet promoted at that point
141+
remained transactional Gauss-Seidel stages.
142+
- Promoted Mutation as the seventh two-phase stage. Its immutable all-target
143+
proposal binds each target's temporal threshold evidence, phase result,
144+
structural acceleration and U4 context to the stage snapshot, then commits
145+
phase and acceleration before merging ordered histories, bifurcation events,
146+
metrics and monitor effects. The opaque pressure refresh and relabeling
147+
equivariance remain outside the target-order result. The impossible legacy
148+
`ZHIR_BIFURCATION_MODE="variant_creation"` branch is now rejected before any
149+
write: ZHIR remains phase-only plus detection, while topology and sub-EPI
150+
creation belong to THOL.
151+
- Promoted Transition as the eighth two-phase stage. Its immutable proposal
152+
binds `nu_f`, phase, `DeltaNFR`, latency state and each node's jitter draw/RNG
153+
progress to one stage snapshot. A missing graph seed is resolved inside the
154+
transaction, copied into the proposal snapshot, rolled back on rejection and
155+
persisted on success; one shared stage instant supplies every latency
156+
calculation. Ordered warnings, histories, transition events, metrics and
157+
monitor effects retain requested target order. Cache state, the opaque
158+
pressure refresh and relabeling equivariance remain outside the target-order
159+
result.
160+
- Centralized VAL/NUL capacity, EPI-boundary and NUL reciprocal-pressure
161+
proposals. NUL audit events now carry target identity, and contraction
162+
metrics bind the captured pre-operation pressure or the matching node event,
163+
report signed and magnitude changes separately, and do not label unchanged
164+
zero pressure as densified. NAV transition telemetry now distinguishes the
165+
true pre-handler pressure, handler output and final retained pressure.
166+
- Extended the EN/RA runtime-to-theorem bridge from one target to the complete
167+
two-phase Jacobi stage. The new read-only certificate assembles every ideal
168+
and represented row and replays finite repeated structural traces; regression
169+
tests compare every step with the public runtime. It proves convex hard-bound
170+
forward invariance in its declared domain and reports clipping, U3-set
171+
changes, identity rejection, consensus drift and
172+
RA diffusion-metric drift separately. It does not promote observed binary64
173+
agreement to global runtime affinity.
174+
- Added the first direct composition from one certified all-target EN/RA stage
175+
to a strictly positive-duration fixed post-stage pure-EPI flow. The bridge
176+
rebuilds local domain conditions and validates node order, represented maps,
177+
rational row algebra, proof stamps and the post-stage metric before using the
178+
generic hybrid composer. It reports finite-horizon disagreement contraction,
179+
weighted-mean drift, RA metric changes and the aggregate pure-EPI pressure
180+
defect separately. Stored-pressure refresh, global binary64 runtime affinity
181+
and repetition of the stage-flow schedule remain explicitly uncertified.
182+
- Replaced the dimension-dependent weighted-Frobenius composition penalty with
183+
a tighter exact rational quotient-gain bound for scalar and small quotient
184+
maps, retaining Frobenius as the conservative fallback. Identity now
185+
certifies gain one; declared bounds and proof-stamp integrity use the same
186+
decisive bound. Log-space composition retains the precise rational product
187+
and uses visible upward 32-bit-significand dyadic factors to prevent
188+
denominator growth without weakening the upper-bound proof.
189+
- Added centralized network-stage contracts for all 13 operators, covering
190+
conservative read/write footprints, cross-target overlap, merge status,
191+
direct and shared rollback scope, structural-state target-order behavior,
192+
the retained target order of lifecycle and telemetry streams, relabeling
193+
scope and promotion blockers. Live schedule diagnostics now derive from this
194+
registry.
195+
- Made every non-EN/RA operator-major stage in the shared word runner a complete
196+
graph transaction. Late target or pressure-refresh failures restore the
197+
stage-start graph while successful execution retains the established
198+
Gauss-Seidel reads. Unrelated synchronization primitives in graph metadata
199+
are preserved by identity across both successful execution and rollback.
200+
- Centralized the dominant-neighbour EPI-kind rule shared by EN and RA and
201+
exposed EN kind before/after in its local realization certificate. EN now
202+
uses its historical pre-clipping proposal consistently in direct, staged and
203+
certified paths, including soft clipping.
