AGENTS.md existed but CLAUDE.md was gitignored, so Claude Code loaded no guidance here. Drop the ignore rule and add the one-line @AGENTS.md import, matching the convention across our repos. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
