Option to Shuffle/Play Offline Media While Online

Description

It would be nice to have a "Shuffle Offline" or "Offline Radio" option that plays downloaded tracks without switching to offline mode.

• All automatically played songs would be from the set of locally downloaded songs.
• All online functionality (manually queuing non-local songs, playlist management, ...) is still available.

Related features past the core request would be:

• Play only the downloaded songs from an sort of collection such as playlist, album, ...
• Settings to make radio mode only pick or strongly prefer offline songs.

Reasoning

When I am out and about I prefer to play offline tracks as it saves data, battery and is more reliable. However Offline Mode is a step too far so I like to stay in the full featured mode. So it would be nice to have an option to prefer offline media without giving up all of the online features.

Additional Information

My current workaround which works fine is:

1. Switch to Offline Mode.
2. Shuffle all.
3. Switch back to Online Mode.

But this is quite tedious.
