Rust Rewrite

I want to learn more Rust and this project is somewhat optimal to rewrite into a Rust Native Module using Neon or napi-rs. WASM bindgen probably isn't the most appropriate since we need lots of FS calls and I don't expect to run this in the browser.

The performance of this project is already a huge improvement from existing solutions like Lerna etc. but I'm interested to see how much further we can go.
