building gst-sync-server on windows

Some files reference glib-unix, and use functions like g_unix_open_pipe
is there an easy way to replace them with something that can run on windows?

It should be easy enough to replace that with g_io_channel_*. Those are available for both UNIX sockets and Windows messages. Would you be interested in doing a patch?

I would be, but I barely understand c, let alone unix, I have no way to tell how much time it will take me to learn that, i'll try to figure it out

also, it says in g_io_channel docs that windows support is only partial
