Add recovery, relay inspection, social reading and Atom feeds

Summary

• add lossless export/recovery manifests and per-relay current/stale/missing inspection
• add replies, mentions, thread context, author-relay note lookup and Atom feeds
• correct durability claims and generate Gemini IP SANs for public IP deployment
• record independent Python conformance evidence and upstream NIP submission
• prepare the first complete v0.8.0 release path
