Drag and drop function not working properly

Describe the bug
When dragging and dropping the relational blocks on the flex editor, it presents a lot of issue

• On Safari, it does not work (see video)
• On Chrome, it works but there is a UI issue where you can see an image / logo floating (see video)

Any advice what to do?

Follow instructions to create a Flexible Editor field on a collection.
