Hi there,
Ive noticed that twice someone PRed something I worked on but had left waiting for current PRs to resolve. In order to ensure it doesn't happen again; I will be opening draft PRs for working implementation protocols I have as otherwise it leads to wasted effort for others to pick it up and PR with duplicated efforts.
I hope this doesn't cause any issues :3
