Implements the software architecture for the full EVERYTHING RINGS vision while carrying the current empirical v8 contracts downstream:

• immutable content-addressed MeasurementRecordV1 and independently versioned derivations;
• provenance-closed research repository enforcing measurement → derivation → Atlas references and repository-wide integrity verification;
• nuisance characterization across strike/support/room/station/operator/day dimensions;
• specimen-disjoint benchmark construction and deterministic hard-negative handling;
• repeated-observation AcousticObjectModelV1 with modal support, uncertainty summaries, and typed fingerprint-algorithm provenance;
• Sonic Twin specimen index, ranked retrieval, Recall@K/MRR metrics, deterministic verification baseline, and abstention;
• held-out isotonic calibration with disjoint calibration/evaluation groups, named populations, Brier/ECE/AUC, and risk–coverage metrics;
• research-only Prony damped-mode estimator for close-mode digital experiments (evidenceEligible:false, never stamps a canonical fingerprint version);
• spatial modal-field predictions explicitly represented as derived, non-evidence-eligible outputs;
• cryptographically bound station-calibration contracts against frozen reference object models;
• privacy-preserving Resonance Atlas records/snapshots, append-only registry, search, explicit specimen-merge policy, collections, public graph projection, and integrity-checked merges/collections;
• local ?twin=1 Sonic Twin Lab and ?atlas=1 Atlas Lab research surfaces;
• canonical empirical v8 campaign/release/review planning APIs and Gate documentation forwarded downstream without weakening their boundaries;
• multi-specimen full-system digital integration test from synthetic acoustic captures through er-dsp-2, held-out calibration, station qualification, provenance, playable output, Atlas, collection, graph, and snapshot;
• three independent software qualification lanes covering frozen dependency install, typecheck, complete tests, build, browser routes, lifecycle behavior, and machine-readable qualification artifacts.

It is not physical-object, microphone-transducer, human-perceptual, or real-playback validation.
