Hosted empirical v8 qualification PASS on exact served revision Evidence:
The hosted qualification verified the visible exact revision, empirical routes, fake-media acquisition, lifecycle cancellation/late-stream/pagehide cleanup, permission/mobile journeys, and zero-microphone Gate B/C post-collection review. This remains software/hosted-browser qualification only. No physical microphone transducer was tested and no physical campaign evidence was produced. Purpose: qualify the actually served GitHub Pages deployment for empirical v8
717a4c15a3b15e73c5883f34b86897c03ff70829before any decision to supersede the v7 physical-campaign authority.The workflow verifies the visible served revision, all empirical routes, hosted acquisition and lifecycle journeys using fake media, mobile/permission paths, and post-collection Gate B/C review with zero microphone acquisition. It emits a machine-readable qualification artifact.
This is not a physical microphone-transducer preflight and produces no campaign evidence. If it passes, the result can support a deliberate pre-data v7→v8 authority transition; issue #64 still remains blocked on a real intended-device physical preflight.
