Update helm chart terraform module

Hello team,

Please update the terraform module and make sure 'README.md' file is up to date. Also, terraform module needs to be updated based on below requirements. Please let @fsadykov if you have any questions

You will need to

1. Make deployment_endpoint as optional variable
2. Create one section to use variables inside values.yaml
3. Create one more section how to use env_vars
