FTP file sources lost/miss ability to connect at a path

Describe the bug

FTP file source allows a path given in the hostname: https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/infrastructure-playbook/blob/baaf5fe0602499de96ee0d24d04faf09a2a7c564/templates/galaxy/config/file_sources_conf.yml.j2#L86
This seems to be broken. Ay least one cannot use this file source on eu.

In general it would be nice to be able to connect to an ftp at a path via file source / file source template
