Description

This PR implements the new Organizers UI page. It replaces the hero image header with the high-fidelity team listing grid.

Key changes:

• Created a dataset containing all 10 organizers with their respective roles/tags, images, and card background color mappings.
• Replaced the page layout in page.tsx with a responsive grid.
• Styled organizer cards using standard design system colors (bg-halftone-yellow, bg-halftone-blue, bg-halftone-green, bg-halftone-red).
• Positioned the transparent team photos to sit flush against the card borders.
• Added smooth scaling and transformation micro-interactions on hover.

How Has This Been Tested?

The changes were verified on the local next.js development server:

• Ran ESLint check via yarn lint which returned successfully with no warnings or errors.
• Validated responsive styles across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.
