Support for DALI protocol

Please consider adding support for the DALI protocol.

The support could include bus scanning to discover devices on the bus and their properties, as well as device commissioning.

Thank you for developing this amazing project and for supporting several boards! I installed it on M5Stack's StickS3 and really appreciate the ease of downloading (from both here and M5Stack's site), configuring, and using it, plus the very handy help and detailed documentation.
