Infinite cancelling downloading forms when there's the camera manager leak

Problem description

Collect gets stuck on cancelling downloading forms dialog when a user cancels downloading the moment there's the camera manager leak (#7354). There isn't a crash. I need to use "force stop" to kill the app afterwards.
The example QR contains manual update mode (so that it's possible to cancel downloading) and forms with attachments so that downloading takes more time.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Install Collect with leaks app.
2. Scan or import the collect-settingsManual.png QR from https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1IeuxQZU8Sw90PAOnTRlMToB3Wp_LuCoN .
3. Go to download form and wait a few seconds ( he leak occurs after 6-10 seconds after scanning).
4. Tap "Get Selected".
5. When you see the information from the Leaks app, tap "Cancel" downloading forms.
