Ground-level angles perspective in Mapbox

Problem description

In Mapbox it possible to set almost first person view (ground-level angles perspective).
In Google Maps it's possible to change the angle only a bit.

Should we include this perspective in testing/design?

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Download the demo project and All question types form.
2. Open any geo widget with maps.
3. Using two fingers swipe from the bottom of the map to the top.

Expected behaviour

This should not be possible.
