fix(audio): don't read a blocked sample queue as silent sources on macOS - #1412
On macOS, AudioTrackMixer measured its 250 ms grace against the timeline clock, which keeps running while the sample queue is blocked (writer backpressure, a busy queue). The first pass after a stall saw both sources as quiet for the whole stall, emitted silence up to now, and dropped the audio already queued behind the block as droppedFrames.
Fix
A pass that arrives more than 100 ms after the previous one (the ticker fires every 10 ms) moves each source's last delivery forward by the gap. The grace now counts only time the queue was actually running. Nothing else changes: a source that really goes quiet is still written off after 250 ms of running queue.
Two existing tests stepped the clock 0.2–2 s between passes to mean "the source went quiet"; they now drive a 10 ms ticker like the recorder does, so they still exercise a quiet source rather than a blocked queue.
Proof (Mac mini M1)
New XCTest testABlockedQueueDoesNotTurnQueuedAudioIntoSilence: both sources live, queue blocked 1 s, tick first, then the queued second arrives.
on main: droppedSeconds 1.0 on each source, 1 s of silence on both channels (22 assertion failures)
with the fix: full swift test 66/66 green, release helper builds
Real ScreenCaptureKit take (test:sck-audio-timeline:mac, 10 s, tone at 4 s), two runs each: PASS on main and on the fix, audio/video length within 0.03 s, tone at 4.16 s on both.
Not covered
No induced stall in a real take: the helper has no hook to block its queue.
Export path untouched (Swift helper only); TS typecheck/lint not affected by this diff.

Video path, compositor and export are not in the diff: only the audio mixer's stall accounting changes, so export pixels and timing are unaffected by construction.
Behaviour only differs when two queue passes are more than 100 ms apart, which a normal take never hits (the ticker runs every 10 ms).
The audio mixer now adjusts source delivery timelines after delayed sample-queue passes. Tests cover continuous ticking, late audio, and audio delivered before and after a blocked interval.

Summary
Detect and discount queue stalls electron/native/screencapturekit/Sources/OpenScreenCaptureCore/AudioTrackMixer.swift
The mixer tracks the clock frame at each pass. If the gap exceeds 100 ms, it advances each source’s lastDeliveryFrame before draining chunks. Ingestion and timer ticks use this adjustment.
Verify ticker and blocked-queue behavior electron/native/screencapturekit/Tests/OpenScreenCaptureCoreTests/AudioTrackMixerTests.swift
Tests use 10 ms ticker steps and verify a contiguous two-second mix with no reported dropped audio after a one-second interval without deliveries.
The fix protects queued audio after stalls, but sustained slow queue processing can delay audio emission when a source goes quiet. The demonstrated impact is bounded delay rather than lost recording content; merging warrants owner awareness and follow-up.

Limit the queue-stall discount so a silent source still stalls.
When sample-queue passes arrive more than 100 ms apart, discountQueueStall(until:) adds each gap to every source's lastDeliveryFrame. A silent source then stays inside the 250 ms grace, so drain(upTo:grace:) holds the cursor. This breaks the documented rule that chunks keep flowing for the whole take. A safe localized correction is not established by the inspected code, so no edit is proposed.

Update `discountQueueStall(until:)` and its `queueStallFrames` limit so repeated
sample-queue gaps cannot keep advancing a silent source’s `lastDeliveryFrame`
indefinitely. Preserve `drain(upTo:grace:)` behavior so silent sources
eventually stop holding the cursor and chunks continue flowing for the whole
take.
Add an ingest-first blocked-queue test for the ingest-side stall discount.
testABlockedQueueDoesNotTurnQueuedAudioIntoSilence calls mixer.tick() before any buffer arrives after the stall. tick applies the stall discount first, so the discountQueueStall call in ingest runs after the discount is already applied and does not change the result in this sequence. Removing only the ingest call would leave this test passing.
Add a variant that delivers the first queued buffer through ingest before any tick. Assert the same zero droppedSeconds for both sources and the same audible peak in every 100 ms window. This covers the ingest-side discount, which the current test does not exercise.

@coderabbitai thanks, both addressed in the latest commit:
Silent source under repeated gaps: valid. Each pass now still counts the 100 ms threshold as running time (discount = gap − 100 ms), so a sluggish queue can't keep a dead source inside the grace. New testASluggishQueueStillWritesOffADeadSource (passes 150 ms apart) fails on the previous commit and passes now.

@EtienneLescot Thanks. Counting the 100 ms threshold as running time addresses the repeated-gap concern. The ingest-first test covers the other queue-resumption order.
Your reported 68/68 result on the M1 completes the test coverage discussed here.

Require regression coverage showing that an inactive source eventually leaves the grace period under repeated gaps; stall compensation must not keep an inactive source eligible indefinitely.
