fix(linux): ignore a second record press while the portal picker is up - #1413
On Linux the ScreenCast picker is raised before the countdown, but nothing marked a run as started until the countdown showed. A second Record press during that wait started a second prepare: a second helper, a second picker, and each prepare's failure or cancel cleared the other's token. The grant the user had just given was then discarded, and the start fell back to a fresh, unprepared portal request.
The reporter's log matches this exactly: two click-capture-unavailable lines (two helpers) before the first cancel, then starting capture { prepared: false } right after a Share.
Fix: a ref held from the press until the countdown shows; a press in that window is ignored.
Not claimed as the full fix: it removes the double session the log shows. Why the portal answered "cancelled" on GNOME/X11 is not reproduced (no X11 session available here). #1328's direct X11 backend stays the route if the portal itself is at fault on X11.

Testing
New test in useScreenRecorder.nativeLinuxWebcamCursor.test.tsx: a second press while the prepare is pending does not call prepareNativeLinuxRecording again, and the recording still starts. Fails on main (called 2 times), passes here.
npx vitest --run src/hooks: 115 passed.
npx tsc --noEmit and the test config: no errors in touched files. Biome clean.
Fixed an issue where pressing the recording toggle repeatedly while the Linux screen-sharing picker was open could trigger duplicate recording setup requests. Recording now starts only once after the picker confirms the selection, and the recording state updates correctly. This prevents repeated startup attempts while the picker is pending and ensures the selected recording is started.
Until the countdown shows, neither countdownActive nor recording is set,
and on Linux the ScreenCast picker is up for that whole wait. A second
press started a second prepare: a second helper and picker, and either
prepare's failure or cancel cleared the other's token, so a grant the
user had just given was discarded and the start fell back to a fresh,
unprepared portal request.

Walkthrough
The hook now blocks repeated recording start requests while startup is in progress, including while native Linux preparation is pending. A test verifies that preparation and recording start occur only once.
startRecordCountdown tracks startup and ignores repeated requests until the countdown becomes active. The test verifies that a second request during pending native Linux preparation does not trigger another prepare or recording start.

Assert the prepared recording ID in the start request.
The new test passes when the hook drops the prepared ID. The start mock returns recordingId: 7 regardless of its input, and the assertions check only call counts and recording. In the real main process, a start with a different ID discards the prepared session and opens a second portal picker.
