docs(js): Use @sentry/bundler-plugins instead of deprecated plugin packages

Replace @sentry/{vite,rollup,webpack,esbuild}-plugin with
@sentry/bundler-plugins/<bundler>. Guides that already install
@sentry/node import from @sentry/node/<bundler>, so they need no new
dependency.

Add a Bundler Plugin Options page. Links to npm READMEs and the
bundler plugins repo now go to this page or to the bundler guides.
Pages for old versions are unchanged.
