Replace @sentry/{vite,rollup,webpack,esbuild}-plugin with @sentry/bundler-plugins/<bundler>. Guides that install @sentry/node import the plugins from @sentry/node/<bundler>. The NestJS guide uses @sentry/nestjs/webpack and the AWS Lambda guide uses @sentry/aws-serverless/esbuild, so they need no new dependency.

Add a Bundler Plugin Options page, based on the option docs in the old plugin READMEs and updated for v11. Links to npm READMEs and the bundler plugins repo now go to this page or to the bundler guides. Pages for old versions are unchanged.

The change adds a bundler plugin options page and updates four bundler upload guides. The plan checks the new page, those four guides, and JavaScript 404s. An issue escalates when the new page stays unseen, the four guides drop, or internal 404s appear.

What changed

JavaScript bundler upload guides now tell readers to install @sentry/bundler-plugins. Those guides import the plugin from @sentry/bundler-plugins/<bundler>. Node SDK guides import the plugin from the SDK package instead. A new Bundler Plugin Options page is reachable on each JavaScript platform. Related sourcemap, tree-shaking, and React component-name pages now link to that page. This change is live after sentry-docs deploys. develop-docs does not ship this change. The pull request only edits user docs content.

Risk

Broken PlatformLink targets send readers from the four guides to a 404 page. Broken PlatformSection markup can hide install steps on Node or browser guides. A failed static page build drops the new options page and the four guides.

Intended effect

The new options page starts to record page loads. Absent means the four guides still load and this path stays at zero.

JavaScript platform docs.page.load was 4001 in 2026-10-26T16:34:00Z to 2026-10-27T16:34:00Z and 7695 over the 48h window. Direct JavaScript 404s were 23 in the later 24h and 47 over 48h. Those direct 404s may be bots. Use internal 404s as the link-break signal.

Not observable

docs.page.not_found keeps only two path segments. A 404 on the new options page mixes with other JavaScript 404s. Client errors on these pages are not sliced. A transaction:*platforms/javascript* error search returned no rows. Docs-wide production errors were 818 in 2026-10-26T16:34:00Z to 2026-10-27T16:34:00Z. Do not use that fleet count. docs.snippet_copy keeps only three path segments, so it cannot show the new package name. Pageload traces for these URL transactions returned 0. Sidebar clicks are soft navigations. The install text inside each PlatformSection is not in telemetry.
