Plan

What changed

API reference pages build from OpenAPI SHA 46e6baad.
The OpenAPI file at that SHA matches SHA 06f4a0f2.
Rendered API pages stay the same.
sentry-docs and develop-docs must deploy.
Vercel rebuilds both from this commit.
Only sentry-docs fetches the schema and serves /api/ reference pages.
The deploy workflow maps those two Vercel projects to these service ids.

Risk

A missing schema file fails the sentry-docs build.
The whole product docs site then misses the ship.
A parse error can omit endpoint pages and serve 404 responses.
develop-docs compiles the same source but does not fetch the schema at runtime.

Intended effect

This change has no queryable new behavior.
The fetched file openapi-derefed.json did not change in this SHA range.
No new API route appears.
absent does not apply. There is no new counter.

Regression watch

A bad pin can drop API pages or fail the docs ship.
Volume is bursty. The Sunday 24h API load was about half of Monday.
Traces are sampled at 30%.
