The plan checks loads of the changed integrations index, 404s on integration paths, and client TypeErrors. An issue escalates when the 404 share of page loads rises or TypeErrors rise versus page loads.

Plan

What changed

The third-party integrations index now lists Inspect as an external integration. Requests to /integrations/inspect/ and /organization/integrations/inspect/ now redirect to /integrations/third-party-integrations/.
The change is live after a production deploy of sentry-docs. The new redirects sit in the user docs redirect table only. develop-docs does not serve this change.

Risk

A broken index page can hide every third-party integration link on that list. A broken user docs redirect table can 404 other docs URLs. The blast radius is user docs pages on this ship, especially other integration URLs.

Intended effect

This change is a docs listing plus two new redirects. Telemetry cannot see the Inspect link text.
The inspect source paths had zero docs.page.not_found events in 2026-10-27T17:46Z to 2026-10-28T17:46Z. They also had zero spans in that window. A post-deploy drop cannot confirm the redirects.
Do not treat continued index loads as proof that Inspect appears. intended_effect stays unknown unless new inspect traffic 404s. That 404 case is absent.

Regression watch

If the index MDX fails, loads of that path fall to zero while other integrations pages hold. If the redirect table is wrong, the 404 share of page loads rises. If page JavaScript fails, the TypeError rate versus page loads rises.
Use the two sampled 24h windows. Weekend days in the last 7 calendar days sat lower. Oct 25 error counts spiked and are not the band.

If the 404 share rises, check warning logs for MDX file not found at runtime.

Not observable

The Inspect listing text is not in telemetry. HTTP 3xx status on the inspect source paths is not in app metrics. Next.js redirects may finish at the edge. Pageload p95 and LCP for the changed path were not measured. Two Sentry span searches timed out. Pre-ship traffic on the inspect source paths is zero, so a successful redirect has no volume to compare.
