The Region, Runtime and SDK version pickers on the AWS Lambda layer pages use
react-select, whose defaults are light: white control and menu backgrounds and dark text (theme.ts#L12-L21, Control.tsx#L55, Menu.tsx#L297, SingleValue.tsx#L46). Previously,SelectionFieldinsrc/components/lambdaLayerDetailClient.tsx(lines 287-294 at 67a59cd) had no dark-mode rules, so the control and menu stayed white in dark mode.The three selects now get a
