Unpaired semantic convention version bump

Medium Severity

This bump moves otelSemanticConventionsAlpha to 1.44.0-alpha while otelSemanticConventions stays at 1.42.0, which also no longer matches otelInstrumentation 2.29.0. The incubating artifact depends on stable 1.44.0, so agentless modules that expose both as api publish a mixed semantic-convention graph.
