ThinkingBlock keeps the last tool call's title after thinking completes — often a long URL that overflows the disclosure header.
Swap the title to "See thinking and tool calls" on completion; add
ellipsisto theTextwrapper so active-state titles truncate instead of overflowing.Fixes DE-1585
