feat: implement skeleton loading states for data-heavy pages #7
Description
Description: Currently, pages like Analytics.jsx and Database.jsx display a blank screen or a simple "Loading..." text while fetching data from the backend. This can feel abrupt for users on slower connections.
Suggested Tasks:
Replace "Loading..." text with animated Skeleton components (using a library like react-loading-skeleton or custom CSS).
Implement skeletons for:
- Project cards on the Dashboard.
- Usage charts on the Analytics page.
- Data tables in the Database view.
