A CLI (scripts/everscout.py, stdlib Python) reads public feeds and documented public endpoints at a per-host pace with an honest User-Agent, and writes notes and reports to a local data folder outside the project. It reads no credentials and never posts; drafted comments are shown to the user to paste by hand. The README's Privacy section lists every host class it contacts.
