Extensions slash command firing multiple times for single command

Describe the bug

I have created an extension local to a repo that registers multiple slash commands. When I run a single one of the slash commands, it queues up more instances of that same command behind the first command. For different commands, it has triggered 3 or 5 instances so far.

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.75.

This appears to be resolved as of GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.86. Please update to that release or a newer stable version. We're closing this as completed. If it still happens, please comment with your version and reproduction steps.
