Issue with "unknown option '--no-warnings'" during operation

Describe the bug

When normally operating with copilot cli, it randomly hits "error: unknown option '--no-warnings'" while operating and working through tasks.

Affected version

1.0.83

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Type "copilot" and start the exe
2. Start working normally, asking questions, requesting tasks to be done, etc
3. Wait for issue to appear
