Onboarding request: io.github.Thx93/agent-evidence-api for GitHub MCP Registry

What it does: takes a question or claim plus up to 5 public URLs, fetches those sources and returns the passages that support, contradict or fail to settle the claim. Every evidence item carries its source URL, retrieval time and content hash, and the response ends with an explicit supported / contradicted / mixed / inconclusive assessment. Intended for claim verification and source-grounded research, not as a search engine or scraper.
Requesting onboarding so the server is listed at github.com/mcp and reachable from the VS Code MCP gallery. Happy to answer anything the review needs.
