Summary
< 9, globalize< 8and paper_trail< 18File.exist?,Minitest)Testing
The existing suite (6 runs, 14 assertions) passes locally on Rails 8.0.5.1 and 8.1.4
with Ruby 3.2.2, 3.3.11 and 3.4.11, using globalize 7.1.3 and paper_trail 17.0.0.
Not verified locally: Rails 7.0 and older (the existing CI jobs for those should
confirm there is no regression from the wider dependency caps) and the new CI
jobs themselves.
