fix(title): show app version in footer and normalize em/en dashes (#86) (#88)

- footer.line1 interpolates the runtime app version (GET /api/version with
  package.json fallback) and uses a regular hyphen instead of an em dash.
- Remove remaining em/en dashes from i18n prose (es/en/zh-CN) so the app
  shows no smart dashes anywhere.
- Add scripts/check-dashes.mjs that fails on U+2013/U+2014 in index.html,
  the PWA manifest and i18n translations; wired into 'npm run lint' and a
  new 'npm run check:dashes' script.
