Ports the big-update-dialog treatment (netgrip #436, the #994 pattern): DialogContent goes near-viewport on desktop (calc(100vw-2rem) x calc(100vh-2rem)) with internal scrolling, the changelog area grows, markdown section headers render bold, and the actions pin to the bottom. Mobile keeps max-h-[92vh] behavior.
Verified: tsc + vite build exit 0, lint 0 errors (baseline warnings), server suite 115/115 green, dialog exercised on a live instance with a real update pending.
