Closes #19.

Real sensor history shows corte_red is not reliably detectable with the
current sensors: the non-backed-up circuit clamp sits near 0 W during normal
standby, so the differential signature is also satisfied by ordinary cloudy
self-consumption (battery discharging, grid near zero). The observed fires
track the battery discharge window, with no grid event.

  • Disable the alert unless install_config.corteRedEnabled is true
(default off). inversor_offline still covers a total blackout and
    fox_offline a lost Fox clamp.
  • When enabled, the audit log now records the trigger values
(gridMag, backed-up / non-backed-up power, battery power, scraper
freshness) so a future fire can be analyzed.
  • Tests: 46/46 green (added a default-off regression test and a test for
the audit payload; existing corte_red heuristic tests opt in).

Deployed to the CT and verified: service active, HAOS connected, 0 new
corte_red events since the restart.

corte_red is not reliably detectable with the current sensors: the
non-backed-up circuit clamp sits near 0 W during normal standby, so the
signature is also satisfied by normal cloudy self-consumption (battery
discharging, grid near zero). Real sensor history confirms fires that
track the battery discharge window with no grid event.

- Disable the alert unless install_config.corteRedEnabled is true.
- When enabled, write the trigger values to the audit log for later
  analysis.
- inversor_offline and fox_offline still cover a total blackout and a
  lost Fox clamp.

Clears Dependabot alerts #20/#21 (brace-expansion pinned to vulnerable versions) plus a nanoid bump. npm audit clean; build, lint and 115 server tests green.
