RouterOS (MikroTik) first-class router support

There is a working implementation in a community fork: samex/netpulse@feat/routeros-support (commit 146f0b4, "feat(routers): add RouterOS as a first-class router type"). If the author would like to open a PR upstream, we would be glad to review and merge it.
@samex - your RouterOS commit looks great. Any interest in opening a pull request?
