feat(alerts): category badge on activity log rows - #1362

Rows are tinted by severity, so the category was only visible in the filter chips - and the info severity blue matches the Internet chip blue, which a reporter read as a miscategorized entry (#1348). Each row now carries its category as a small chip (icon + label from the existing category palette/i18n) next to the urgent badge.

Gates: tsc+vite build OK, eslint 0 errors, full Go suite 48/48 with the rebuilt dist, validated on a live preview (CT) by the maintainer.
