Closes #1360

The device column carried 3.4fr of slack while first/last seen sat at 0.7fr without nowrap, so relative dates wrapped mid-string. Device drops to 2.8fr, dates rise to 1.0fr, cells get whitespace-nowrap, and the Spanish headers shrink ("Primera vez" / "Última vez") so they fit one line. The existing column picker already lets anyone hide both date columns and have the freed space redistributed.

Gates: tsc+vite build OK, eslint 0 errors, full Go suite 48/48, validated on a live preview (CT) by the maintainer.
