Closes #1365

Website (features.html + i18n, all 10 languages, prerenders regenerated): the feature inventory now matches v2.42.0 - real uplink evidence tags and manual fleet overrides on topology, per-device offline alerts and newer device type icons on devices, WireGuard connect/disconnect events with session duration, the actual alert categories with the extra notification channels (ntfy, Telegram, outgoing webhooks), and the integration list (MQTT/Home Assistant, MCP, API tokens, HTTPS) on settings.

README (EN + ES, mirrored): Why NetPulse?, What to expect, How discovery works and Development removed; the MCP server promoted to a first-class feature paragraph in What you get, absorbing its standalone section.

Verified: build:langs regenerates all 30 prerendered pages, Playwright renders the new content in ES and EN, zero em dashes added.
