bug: linkedin icon missing

Current Behavior

socials linkedin appears to be problematic due to missing icon.

Possible Solution

Add assets/anankey/socials/linkedin.svg

Steps to Reproduce

configure linkedin as a social
hugo serve
social link not present.

This is a weird one. The LinkedIn icon is not included in simpleicons.com due to legal reasons, see here. I think the cleaner approach would be to add instructions (for instance in the cookbook) how to add the icon via local assets. I'll think about this, but the proper way is to probably not include the icon when the parent brand logo provider doesn't do it either.
